The 21st annual Warm-Up Picnic, sponsored by the Great Plains Dulcimer Alliance, will be September 8th 2011, - 9am to 10pm at Island Park in Winfield. Free workshops. Free evening concert by instructors. The picnic is open to all friends of acoustic music. Registration and sign in starts at 9am.
