Crafter Information

General Information

The primary focus of the Walnut Valley Festival is acoustic music.  Each year the festival welcomes our prize providing luthiers and invites them to exhibit and sell their hand-crafted instruments. The Paulette Rush Arts and Crafts Show runs in conjunction with the festival and provides an opportunity for the display and sale of quality craftwork including fine jewelry, painting, pottery, leatherwork, carving, clothing, photography, cabin crafts and other original work by artists and craftspeople.

Application

While the craft rules indicate deadline for applications is May 1, we welcome inquiries after the deadline

Applications to this Juried Show are considered on the basis of quality and originality. Consideration is also given to the type of work exhibited to insure the show is well balanced and provides a broad selection of art and craftwork for both the buyer and seller. While not strictly first come, first served, the nature of organizing a show does not allow waiting until all the applications have been received before we begin filling spaces. It is to your advantage to get your application in early, since the first selections will be made in early March. All will be notified as to whether or not they have been selected.
